The Ladybird Inn has two event rooms. The first room is upstairs, called the McConnell Room (after the engineer of that name), can seat up to up to 40 for a theatre-style conference. The second room, called The Ladybird Lounge Function Room located downstairs can seat up to 65 and has its own bar and dancefloor area.

McConnell Room
Perfect for business meetings, conferences, training days
Boardroom (25); Theatre (40); Classroom (30); Dinners (30); Funerals and Christenings (40).
This room can be used for meetings, conferences, training days and occasions such as small wedding anniversary’s, christenings and funerals. This room has even been used for events such as small auctions and public meetings.
We offer a day delegate rate which includes: room hire, table/chair set up and equipment use.
Society’s/groups that use us are: Bromsgrove Society, Bromsgrove Rotary, Bromsgrove Round Table, CAMRA, Bromsgrove Board Gamers and many others.
The room has a flat screen TV, OHP screen and digital projector. We can also provide pads, pens and flip-charts for meetings.
Wide range of drinks
We offer a varied selection of cocktails/drinks perfect for your event.
If enough notice is given we can taylor our small bar to meet your needs. Know your guest are gin lovers? Tell us beforehand and we can stock up on your favorite products.
